We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• We may delete your account and User Content
• You remain responsible for all fees incurred before termination
• You must cease all use of our intellectual property

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the Service will meet your requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TRAINING HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Queensland, Australia, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting a notice on our platform or sending an email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
